We offer to make an appointment to measure and will retrieve the samples, so you don't even have to return them. Of course, you are welcome to return & re-pick if your first ones selected are not just right or your color scheme changed.

Maintenance packages such as felt pads for furniture, sc-mops with terry cloths covers and a floor cleaner is provided at the completion of installation.
If the job site conditions are not up to specifications for a proper installation, we will point out what is wrong and advise how to remedy. We offer concrete sealing and floor leveling if needed. We also do floor removal. We do custom solid stair treads in any species or color and can handle complicated starter steps.
